You still have plenty of days left in the annual billing cycle to get over, I suggest you to make use of our service for the period you have paid for and then get back to us. Usage charges only for sending faxes will be applicable if any.

{me} if you look at my records, i have hardly used the service in a long time last time I my $10 balance was infused was in 2005. I am being robed. I want a proreated refund.

I had seen a lot of complains about Efax.com, for your information you can try Pofax.com service for future. Low cost: only 5,49$ per month, 0,07$ per page sending worldwide and FREE reception.

We'll let you cancel just by emailing us *and* we allow both in-port and out-port of numbers. We also do month-to-month and bill in arrears, so you're never out pre-paid money with our service.

Okay I just signed up last week with Onesuite.com Fax Plus and they got this 1 month free trial offer. So far its a good and cheaper alternative to efax.

Stay away from eFax and anything that is owned by J2. I have canceled my account, couple of months ago, and just noticed that they are still billing me. Their agent said they can't do anything about it since my account is canceled. I can't use it, but they are still taking my money. Isn't that stealing?

eFax is cheating!!!
Do not buy the paid service!!!
You may use the free account for a while, if you do not mind about changing the fax numbers. Below is my experience:
Nick: hi
Stephen: Welcome to the Sales team. How may I help you?
Nick: I'm looking why my account was terminated based on the number of received pages? I did not receive ANY faxes for the past month
Stephen: Was it a free account?
Nick: yes
Stephen: You are allowed 20 faxes a month with the free accounts.
Nick: I understand and repeating: I did not get any for the past month
Stephen: When you go over your account gets suspended and is time to upgrade to a paid account.
Nick: would you repeat me again?
Stephen: You need to upgrade to a paid account to continue to receive faxes.
Nick: Reason?
Nick: I did not go over the limit.
Stephen: Because you went over the 20 faxes a month on the free account.
Nick: If you are going to suspend the free accounnts for no reason, please just say so. Do not give the wrong information about the usage on the account.
Nick: This way you will not get the customers for sure.
Stephen: It says it right in the customer agreement.
Nick: how could you say, I'm over the limit, if you ever do not know my account number???
Stephen: Because that is why the suspension notices are sent out.
Nick: This is not right. I'm not going to continue my relationship to eFax and will forward the chat details to the Ballestriere Lanza investigation law firm, who is collecting eFax customer’s info. Just to let you know.

Be prepared for the worse customer service, if you choose eFax!
