These Terms of Service govern the relationship between You, as a user of the Faxbeep website and fax testing service ("the Service"), and Ediblesites Ltd., a company registered in England (Company Number 12109195) with its registered office at 71-75, Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("the Company"). By using the Service, You agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
The Service provides free fax testing numbers that allow you to send a test fax and verify its delivery. Faxes received by the Service are publicly visible on the website for a minimum of thirty days before being automatically deleted.
You can also send a test by email to one of our fax numbers, at <fax number>@faxbeep.com. Pages received by email are treated as faxes and are publicly visible in the same way. The Service may refuse an email, for example because of its file type or size, and may limit the number of tests from one sender. The Service does not send replies by email.
2. Cost and Data Retention
The Service is provided free of charge. No payment, registration, or account is required. All faxes received by the Service are stored for at least thirty days and are publicly accessible during that period. Do not send confidential, sensitive, or private documents to the Service.
For a test sent by email, the Service stores your email address, shows it on the website in masked form only, and does not publish the subject or the message text. If the Service refuses an email, it may keep a copy of that email for up to ninety days for the purpose of running the Service. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
3. Jurisdiction and Law
These terms are governed by England & Wales law. Disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of English & Welsh courts.

5. Service "As-Is"
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Use of Service
You must comply with applicable laws and must not use the Service for:
- Illegal purposes
- Harassment
- Defamation
- Obscenity
- Fraud
- Privacy invasion
- Transmitting harmful files
- Sending email to the Service that is not a test, or sending more tests than the Service allows
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for damages including data loss, profit loss, or business interruption.

The Company reserves the unilateral right to terminate Your access at any time without notice.
