The Service allows you to send faxes from your browser without registration. You will be charged for successfully sent faxes based on the number of pages you send and at a price to which you agree when submitting your document(s) for faxing.
2. Payment
Users agree to pay for all successfully sent faxes at agreed pricing upon submission. The company provides invoices for each transaction and reserves the right to change pricing without advance notice.
3. Jurisdiction and Law
These terms are governed by England & Wales law. Disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of English & Welsh courts.

Users agree that test faxes sent to our provided numbers may be publicly visible for at least thirty days and accept the data retention policy.

- Obscenity
- Fraud
- Privacy invasion
- Transmitting harmful files
8. Limitation of Liability
